Wow, this is just an exceptional mattress! It is the top of the line Bassett (Kingsdown) mattress for a reason.....it is wonderful!!

It lives up to all expectations that it claims in that it is definitely a '9' on the comfort scale (they say a '10 would be like sleeping on a cloud and you honestly can't get much closer to it!)

It gives pressure point relief to your back and hips and lets you totally feel relaxed and comfortable. The extra touches such as the reinforced sides so that your mattress won't sag on the side along with allergy reduction materials, memory foam and latex in a separate encasement on top right down to the specially embroidered logo on the end (instead of just the sewn on label on most mattresses) truly put this mattress in a league of its own.

It really is the cadillac of mattresses. I shopped around a long time looking at mattresses and ended up getting mine at "Bad Boy" where they had an amazing deal on the mattress. This mattress is easily $3200 and up and they had it on a one time only special of $1699 just to see what happened and how many people would buy it.

I'm glad I was one of them. The mattress is even specially made so that when you get one it is not just ordered from a warehouse, they actually have to make the mattess for you!

It only takes about 4 days but they do this as they claim it is such a high end mattress that the mattresses you normally get that come from a warehouse have to be sprayed to be in the warehouse for mould and mildew etc and these are specially made so that no unecessary chemicals are put on it.....I like that type of thinking! Shop around for prices as this mattress is worth the wait!

We sold this bed on Craig's list less than a month after buying it. It forms to your body when you first lie down. But if you roll over, it doesn't re-form to your body. This mattress caused intense shoulder pain. Do not buy it.

Kingsdown Emory Mattress

laid on the Emory model in the Mattress One store for more than an hour. It was a very comfortable mattress, until it was delivered to our house. Immediately I could tell a difference, the new product was not nearly as supportive, or firm.

My wife suffers from chronic back problems, and can not sleep on this bed due to no support in the center of the bed. when you lay on it, it feels as though the mattress is going to fold up like a taco shell from the center.

I am currently finding out my options of returning this inferior mattress, I thing we may be the victims of a bait and switch scam...... From now on I will stick with a brand that I know.
