I purchased this queen size Coleman air bed and after 2 weeks the middle of the bed started to get raised and the edges somehow looks lower then the middle. when you sleep on it it's like you are sleeping in a slant with your head toward the floor.

Also the sides of the bed lost their straight line. obviously the middle is bubbling up. I called coleman several times and each time I have to wait 15 minutes on the phone.

Now they want me to email them picture. I did. Then they said they didn't get my email eventhough AOL says the email is sent. Then they said to call them in 30 minutes and everytime long wait on the phone.

Also menwhile talking to somebody there i heard in the background other representative helping somebody on how to return defective airbed. So it looks like this is common problem with them.

So i spoke to them after 30 minutes. They said they wouldn't give refund. They said to return this air bed and I pay for shipping, they wouldn't even though i have the bed for less then a month. Than they will send another air bed. they said i am not suppossed to sleep on it everyday, only to use it once in a while if I am camping.

But if I am camping more then 2 weeks so it's a problem. Just to clarify my son slept on it about 2 weeks and he weighs 125 lb. so it's not 200lb person sleeping on it. also they said take out some air everyday.

I wouldn't reccomend to buy this bed it's very bad unreliable. I hope you people out there read this review and make a smart desicion before buying this brand airbed.
