Help! I'm sinking in my Simmons Beauty Rest Mattress

Hello , I wish I would've read these reviews before I went to buy my Simmons Beautyrest mattress. I was sleeping on my air bed, with my children or on the floor while saving for my beautyrest.

When I bought it finally and I layed on it , It was the most comfortabalist bed I ever slept on. I said, This bed is worth the time and $900.00, I won't need any other and I will pass it on to my children...Like around 8 to 9 months we started noticing a indentation in the middle and it got deeper as the months went by, It started hurting my back more since I have scoliosis.

One day I got tired of it so I lifted the mattress up on the side to try to make it even and it got worst and now my mattress is discombobilated and uncomfortable to sleep on , I call American Frieght where I bought it at and they told us that they can't help us because we did not by the boxspring with them so they cannot help us in any way.

I called the Simmons manufacturing company and they were question about the kind of foundation we had for the mattress. The box spring was the same price as the mattress so I bought the boxspring somewhere else brand new and till this day the boxspring is in great condition.

I have it on the floor. Simmons said to take pictures of it and send it in , and the situation with the mattress and they will send an inspector out . I am reading these reviews and I am baffled.
I hope once I get this info in I get a new mattress or my money back.

Mattress manufactured 09/2007

Pillowtop and pocketed coil system lost support.

Been sleeping on the couch, recliner, and guest bedroom for the last 10 months.

Now my wife can’t sleep on it anymore so we finally ordered a Tempur-Pedic. We’ll see how that works and report back.

I cannot recommend the Simmons Beautyrest Black. I actually feel robbed spending five thousand dollars for a bed that lasted less than 4 years.

I don’t feel good about spending seven thousand dollars on a Tempur-Pedic with adjustable base either. I’m just hoping it lasts five years and we sleep like a log. That’s all i want.
