King Koil 8 Inch Posture Base Queen Mattress

Thia mattress was purchased from The Furniture & Mattress Warehouse Center, 323 Kenmount Road St John's NL, Canada.
After 3 months my wife noticed a hollow developing in the mattress, we contacted the store where we purchased it and were told some one would get back to us. After a 3 month period of calling and trying to talk to some one at the store we still never had a return call from that store manager.
So the decision was made to contact the company in
King Koil Sleep Products, Satpanth Capatial Inc, 100 Locke Street, Vaughan, Ontario. What a big mistake. I was given the cold sholder and no one wanted to deal with my issue. To date I still haven't gotten any satification. We have taken pictures and forwarded them along to the store, but still no reply.
I will certainly pass along my experience with that store & the manufacture of the mattress, to any one I know, and advise them to look elsewhere when considering buying anything from this store or their supplier King Koil
