King Koil Comfort Sensation

We purchased a King Koil Memory Foam mattress for $1937 from the Dump in April 06.

For the last year I have been trying to get King Koil to honor the warranty. However, I have been informed that the mattress is supposed to sink down.

So, no matter how many pictures I send them it will not help. The mattress sinks down on the sides & there is a huge hump in the middle. I weigh 125 lbs & he weighs 185 lbs. We turn the mattress & there is a hypo allergenic cover on it.

It looks like new but is truly the worst mattress we have ever owned. Buyer beware. If the mattress fails you are out the money. Their warranty is not worth anything. FYI I attempted to process the warranty through The Dump.

When rejected, I contacted King Koil directly who then passed me right back to The Dump. What a tremendous waste of sleep, time, & money. I will never purchase another King Koil Mattress.

I am happy with my King Koil Amantha King, model:AMAT4 mattress; on a star scale of 0-5, I give it 4 stars.

I bought the bed and mattress from Kanes in Fort Lauderdale in February of this year. This is my current mattress, and I sleep very well on it, I would recommend it to anyone.

It is soft, with just the right amount of firmness. I had a water bed mattress before buying this new bed, and I was concerned with the transition, but I have not had any trouble adjusting; no back pain at all.

It is very comfortable, I try to only sleep in my bedroom, but sometimes I find myself reading, eating or watching TV while lying on my bed.

This King Koil mattress is an excellent buy, I have no complaints. I would definitely buy the same mattress again.

I paid approximately $500 for it, I got a small discount because I also bought the bedroom set at the same time, it is a great value for the money.
The next time I buy a mattress, this is the one I will look for first.

I intend to buy a new bedroom set for my son, I am sure this mattress will be the one he chooses. My son plays college football, and he has slept on my bed with no complaints, and he is sensitive to mattress problems.

KING KOIL warranty is a joke

My wife and I bought a KING KOIL mattress called the FULTON. It was a great mattress for about 5 years then it started to sag, well let me tell you their warranty is a JOKE,we have allways kept a protector on this mattress(no marks)but KING KOIL wants me to pay 300.00 to send my mattress back to them to be inspected and then sent back to us. I,m VERY dissapointed in there customer service,so I would STRONGLY recommend against a purchase from this company

I loved this mattress...for 3 months. It was sagging terribly, and I couldn't stop rolling back into the crater in the middle of the bed. I returned the mattress and decided to try another one...that's how much I liked it. Maybe it was just a lemon? This one is also sagging, after just a few months.

I bought the mattress set (king) at Sleepys. Suffice it to say its been a nightmare trying to get another mattress in my price range, using my Sleepys credit. I won't be buying another King Koil mattress, and I will NEVER deal with Sleepys again. I should have looked at the reviews on consumeraffairs.com and Better Business Bureau first.
