NATURA ECO HAVEN TOPPER
by Justyna
Anyway, the workmanship seemed rushed. There were threads loose in 4 or 5 places as well as a thread being totally pulled out of a 3 inch section near one of the corners. I sewed it up myself because I did not want the headache or the cost of having to ship the cover back, etc.. I found the quality sub par to what I expected for such an expensive topper. I thought the 32 oz wool would have some effect on the cushiness of it, but it doesn't. Plus the rubber is a touch firmer than what I expected but hopefully I'll be able to work it in over time. Moreover, the rubber bunches up, or creates a wave, inside the cover, as if it's just a bit too large & has to be smooshed in. So I'm not sure if the cover was sewn too small or the rubber insert is too large - one would think such a thing would be standardized. I can't stand that Natura and the retailer have a no refund policy for these things. That shows a disregard for customer satisfaction - so buyer, beware.
